Yes. United Careers ensure that all of our staff get paid weekly on a Friday. For example, if you work this week you will get paid a week later. Equally, when you finish, you will receive pay a week after you have left the job.
If I get a permanent role, how does it work?
You will be sent an offer of employment letter in an email. This will need to be signed. We will then place you into that company on the agreed start date.
Do you take a cut of my pay?
No. As an agency we provide a service to our clients and they pay us to provide the staff. This in no way affects your pay.
Will I get paid on time?
Of course! Our payroll partners at Simplicity ensure that all of our Temps and staff get paid on time. They have never let us down. You can have complete confidence that we will look after you.
What areas do United Careers cover?
We cover the whole of the UK. Our team especially focus on the south east of England such as London, Essex, Suffolk and Norfolk for temporary appointments.
If I am not happy, who do I speak to?
We are on hand to deal with queries and offer support to our workers at all times. There is always a solution.
